Good to know
- Every plan includes every feature: accessories, complete the look, sales tracking, 8 languages, branding options.
- A failed try-on is never billed.
- You choose a monthly spending cap: try-on pauses when it is reached, and Shopify never bills above it.
- Charges are added to your Shopify invoice every 30 days, in US dollars. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app.
- Development and test stores are never billed.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every store gets 10 free try-ons each month. If you don’t turn on paid usage, try-on simply pauses when the free try-ons are used, until the next month.
What counts as a try-on?
One generated image showing a product on the shopper’s photo. Opening the window, uploading a photo or a failed generation is not counted.
When should I choose a plan instead of Pay as you go?
From about 175 try-ons per month, Starter ($29 for 250) costs less than Pay as you go. Growth becomes cheaper than Starter with overage from about 450 try-ons, and Pro from about 940.
Can I limit what I spend?
Yes: a monthly spending cap, a maximum number of try-ons per shopper (10 per week by default) and an optional monthly limit for the whole store.
