Prevyou

Terms of service

1. The service

Prevyou is a Shopify app published by Drivee SASU that lets a store’s shoppers see products on a photo of themselves using AI image generation (“the Service”). These terms apply between Drivee SASU and the merchant who installs Prevyou.

2. Account and installation

The Service is used through the merchant’s Shopify account. The merchant is responsible for the accuracy of its product information and for the use of the Service in its store.

3. Pricing and billing

Prices are shown in the app and on our pricing page. Charges are billed by Shopify on the merchant’s Shopify invoice, in US dollars. Usage charges never exceed the spending cap accepted by the merchant. Failed try-ons are not billed. The merchant can change or cancel its plan at any time from the app; recurring charges stop at cancellation.

4. AI-generated images

Try-on images are generated by AI and are indicative: they may differ from the real product in fit, color or detail. They are not a size recommendation. The merchant must not present them as photos of real customers.

5. Shopper photos and personal data

The merchant informs its shoppers in its own privacy policy that try-on images are created by Prevyou. Prevyou processes shopper photos as a processor on the merchant’s behalf, as described in our privacy policy. The merchant must not use the Service to process photos of people without their consent or of minors without parental consent.

6. Acceptable use

The Service may not be used for illegal, misleading, sexual or hateful content, or to produce images of a person without their consent. We may suspend access in case of abuse.

7. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or provider outages may temporarily pause try-on.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid by the merchant for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

9. Termination

The merchant can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. Data is then deleted as described in our privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of France, subject to mandatory consumer rules. Last update: October 5, 2026.
